Yay new president!

Nono, I forgot to hit post for like 2 hours and within that two hours you posted.... no worries.

Jessika had:

-bowl of rice with spare ribs with black bean sauce and broccoli
-a banana
-cup of lemon zinger tea
-leftover eggplant parm for lunch (like 1.5 slice)
-2 oat crackers (made with no sugar)
-cup of chamomile tea
-small strawberry banana smoothie from the smoothie king
-bowl of rice
-white chop chicken in ginger sauce
-baby bak choy stir fried with garlic
-small slice of apple pie

Renee is full. She ate:

1 homemade blackberry/banana/strawberry smoothie
1 grapefruit
1 piece of wheat bread with butter and honey
1 blueberry bagel (small one- only 110 calories!)
1 and 1/2 tofu dogs
1/2 of a ravioli from tj's food
1 bowl of salad with delicious mustard vinegarette dressing that bryan made!
1 bowl of special k with soy milk
1 grape fruit leather
1 banananana
approx. 5 baked tostidos
4 oz. of 100% sparkling orange tangerine drink

i think that's all so far..

and it looks like i posted by accident after jessika did yesterday. oooopsie!

So Renee went with Bryan to play raquetball for like an hour, and afterwards was famished! So at like, 11pm, (aka just a few minutes ago) she had 3 white cheddar rice cakes (35 calories each), and another 110 calorie blueberry bagel. I fail!
