Today Jessika ate:
1 bowl of whole wheat pasta with peas
half of a large french vanilla coffee with milk
a starbucks tall tazo refresh tea
half of a chicken salad sandwich on wheat with lettuce and tomatoes
a serving of yellow rice with beans
1/4 rotisserie chicken
a few fried green plantains
Today Renee ate:
approx. 20 mini cheddar cheese rice cakes
an orange/strawberry homemade smoothie
1/2 bowl of oatmeal with maple syrup and strawberry slices
1 apple muffin (from the health food store- no sugar! made with applesauce and maple syrup!)
1 cube of cheese
2 crackers
1/2 of a serving of naratuang (spelling?) vegetables from an indian restaurant with 1 piece of naan bread- (it's a rice dish topped with a creamy vegetable curry sauce)
approx. 20 wheat pretzels
2 handfuls of carob chips
and a small glass of 100% strawberry kiwi juice
