Hello! Jessika is exhausted from the 2.5 hours of kick boxing, 'asset management' aka scuplting and abs class that she went tonight. Here's what she ate:
-mini bagel with bit o cream cheese
-1 orange
-6oz of corn chowder soup with 2 saltine crackers
-cup of mandarin orange tea
-box of chinese soy milk
-a banana
-a few pieces of roast pork in chinese bbq sauce(char siu!)
-4-5 pieces of roast pork, just roasted
-3 bowls of chinese fungi soup with the tofu strips that we put in congee
-small bowl of rice
-serving of shanghainese veggies boiled
-one mentos (is it just a mento then?)
Hi!
Today Renee has eaten:
*1 110 calorie blueberry bagel with a light layer of non-fat cream cheese
*1 bowl of grape nuts with soy milk (turns out special k has sugar! I just never thought to check it. oops)
*1 glass of orange juice
*1 bowl of homemade (i made it!) baked macaroni and cheese with tomatoes, artichokes, peppers, and broccoli
*4 35 calorie white cheddar rice cakes
*1 strawberry fruit leather
*1/2 cup of gross fat free cottage cheese. some things just aren't good fat free
*1 bite of bryan's fat free cottage cheese with black pepper.. even grosser
That's all so far! I'm sure I'll eat more. I always do.
I ate more!
*1 banana
*another bowl of the baked mac n' cheese
*2 glasses of moscato wine..mmm..
