I totes forgot to post yesterday.
Jessika had:
-somewhere between 1/3 and a 1/2 of a cranberry, orange buttermilk scone
-a mocha chino (without added sugar)
-bowl of whole wheat pasta with shrimp in a olive oil and onion sauce
-a few tortilla chips and a few pita chips with homemade guacamole
-1/3 a bowl of rice
-serving of chinese veggies
-a grilled drumstick
-perhaps I had a banana, I can't seem to remember.
Finally! I can edit all posts! Wheee!
For breakfast, Renee ate:
*1 bowl of special k with soy milk
*1 piece of wheat toast with peanut butter, honey, and banana slices
Work, 10:30-5
Dinner:
*1 roasted vegetable sandwich thing made with filo dough or something
*1 large homemade fruit smoothie
*1 small glass of 100% strawberry kiwi juice
*12 pringles
NO SUGAR! YAY!
