Renee:

-1/2 whole wheat croissant with butter and honey
-glass of 100% grapefruit juice
-2 handfuls of mini marshmallows
-6 peppermint kisses :-*
-8 ish onion pringles
-a small place a vermicelli noodies with steamed veggies and hoisin sauce
-1 glass of 100% pomegranate juice
-1 string cheese
-small handful of pita chips
-2 other pieces of chocolate
-half a lemon poppy seed scone

Jessika:

-a mini bagel with cream cheese and lox
-2 steamed dumplings
-1/2 cup of coffee with vanilla caramel creamer
-half a salami and provolone sandwich on honey walnut bread with mayo and lettuce
-1 juice box of chrysanthemum tea
-1 banana
-1 cup of lentil soup with 2 bites of whole wheat bread
-1 chocolate chip pecan cookie
-1 4 oz pic of grilled pork chop
-a serving-ish of rice
-half a bowl of chinese soup
-a serving of steamed lettuce
-a serving of shanghainese vegetable stir fryed with garlic and soy sauce
-half a grapefruit
-3 pita chips
-a few bites of manchego cheese
-a chicken kidney with peanuts and something that's kinda like bamboo shoots in wine soup
(okay I swear it wasn't as much as it seems)

haha.. unless everything was half-dollar size.. it seems like a whole lot..haha..

i had two small cubes of coconut jello just a few minutes ago. it was probably only 5 calories worth though! okay.. maybe more than 5 calories.
