happy valentines day!

Renee ate waaaaay tooooo muuuuch... and its only 1pm! But she's done eating, cause she has to work at 3.

Renee ate:
(breakfast in bed from bryan!)
-1 small bowl of special k with soy milk
-1/2 grapefruit
-1/2 clementine
(1 hour of group power, and ran 1 mile!, then breakfast at "The Good Egg")
-1 cinnamon roll (enormous! about 5 inches across..but delicious! and I ate the whole thing!)
-1 buttered english muffin
-maybe 8-10 bites of roasted potatoes
-a veggie fritata with eggs, veggies, cheese, salsa, and sour cream
(then we went to the health food store for their food fair.. shoulda done that before going out to eat! It was no fun having to eat more food when we were so full)
-1 strawberry dipped in chocolate
-1 tiny bite of gluten free chocolate cake
-2 chips with hummus dip
-1 gummy made with fish oil (oops, not vegetarian- the guy didn't tell me what it was until after i ate it)
-1 spoonfull of strawberry ice cream
-1 ounce of hot chocolate
-1 bite of a biscotti
-a small sip of a wildberry whey protein shake

*edit*
at work, Renee ate (while working 8 hours and making $145):
-5 french fries
-half a glass of raspberry lemonade
-5 andes mints

Jessika had:

-a sugar cookie
-small plate of salad
-a roll dipped in olive oil with some spices
-2/3 a broccoli, chicken white individual pizza from bertucci's
-a medium iced french vanilla coffee
-half of a strawberry frosted donut (it was gross, strawberry tasted fake)
and then shabu shabu for dinner!
-taro smoothie with bubbles
-plate of thinly sliced pork
-2 pieces of thinly sliced beef
-chinese cabbage
-3 pieces of taro
-serving of vermicelli noodles
-3ish fish balls
-a few bites of chinese veggies
-a bowl of the delicious broth!
-a few bites of tofu (skin, fried and regular)
-a few sips of tea

Lol. That's a long list. :) But I can say that cuz I've been eating too much lately.
