I'm back, food blog!

It's a pretty easy day to update.. seeing as how I haven't eaten anything today...

Tuesday, April 21st- Renee ate:
-approx. 5-10 saltines
-1/2 bottle of ginger ale
-1/2 spangles mudslide (soft serve with chocolate and peanut butter cups)
-something from Poblano for dinner (it's like chipotle.. bryan went to get it, and he's not back yet)

Monday, April 20th:
-1/2 cheese sandwich
-1/2 peanut butter & honey sandwich
-maybe 10-15 baked tostidos with homemade guacamole
-1 mini cadbury egg
-1/2 grapefruit
(all of which ended up in a plastic bag later in the day)
-1/2 bottle of ginger ale
-maybe 6 saltines

Easter food coma..

Ugh.. Renee doesn't even want to post today because she ate so much.

Sunday:
-special k with soy milk
-cup of coffeeee
-maybe 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes
-a spoonful of scrambled eggs
-a spoonful of fried potatoes
-1 piece of pumpkin pancake stuff with other stuff on top of it
-a spoonful of mac&cheese
-1 spoonful of green bean casserole
-a tiny sliver of homemade bread
-a few cubes of cheese
-about 1 tbsp of hummus with chips
-1 mini cinnamon roll
-2 mini philo dough cups with caramel mousse
-1 mini peanut butter and chocolate dessert thingy
-1 mini lemon cheesecake
-most of a piece of chocolate cake
-a small piece of pineapple upside down cake
-a small sliver of pumpkin pie

Ughhhhh

(Saturday wasn't much better)
Saturday:

-small fruit smoothie
-lots of wheat thins with mozzarella cheese
-maybe 5 marshmallows?
-a SMORE!
-toooo many potato chips
-a roll from work
-1/2 grapefruit
-cup of oj
-lots of chocolate. (1/2 of a solid milk chocolate easter bunny, 5 reeses miniatures, 4 mini cadbury cream eggs, and probably a lot more that I can't remember now)

Friday:

(don't remember what I ate most of the day...) but at the wedding, I ate:
-cubes of cheese
-2 pieces of wedding cake (i was joking with casey saying i wanted to eat his piece too.. and he gave it to me. i didn't mean it!)
-some fresh fruit and broccoli
-this weird pasta salad stuff
-a cup of fruit punch
-a can of starbucks vanilla latte stuff
-5-ish beers

But, she ate!

-a smoothie
-a small handful of animal crackers
-a bowl of hummus with pita bread
-a small cup of tomato bisque soup
-2 oz of cheese with 3 wheat thins
-another smoothie
-5 onion rings and half of a glass of root beer
-a cup of chai tea

First day of work!

Today, Renee ate:

-a bowl of vanilla almond special k
-half of a pb&honey sandwich
-hickory bbq ribs (veggie) with roasted red&yellow peppers and green beans
-a cup o tea
-maybe 20 wheat thins with a tbsp of hummus
-a side of sweet potato polenta, butternut squash risotto, asparagus, and mushroom ragoooo. (how do you spell ragooo?) it had bacon in it too. i ate around it.
-3 pieces of mango licorice

Blah.

Friday:
Hmm... friday was sooo looong agooo.. i can't remember much
-a piece of toast with peanut butter, honey, and banana
-1/2 of a kashi frozen dinner
-a bowl of vanilla almond special k with soy milk
-1/2 of a gatorade
(I'm sure I ate more.. but I can't remember)

Saturday:
-bowl of vanilla almond special k with soy milk
-a taco bell beef and potato burrito with beans instead of beef
-a taco bell double decker taco (i wanted a cheesy gordita crunch, but she gave me a double decker instead. booo)
-4 chunks of toblerone chocolate
-3 margaritas (1.50 each!)
-2 smallish quesadillas
-lots and lots of chips
-a cup of coffee with a shot of peppermint schopps
-a small glass of a drink called a kamakasi

Sunday:
-a bowl of vanilla almond special k with soy milk
-lots of handfuls of vanilla almond special k without soy milk
-a small glass of grapefruit juice
-1/2 of a bag of mango flavored licorice (ugh.. too much)
-a microwave broccoli rice & cheese dinner

MANTRACKER!

Renee saw the show "Mantracker" for the first time today! She wants to apply to be on it with Bryan!!

Today, Thursday April 2nd:
-1 big bowl of special k with soy milk (350)
-maybe 1-1 1/2 cups of pasta with pesto, tomatoes, and mozzarella (i made it myself.. mmm..) (300?)
-a bowl of salad with bryan's mustard vinaigrette (150?)
-4 animal crackers (100)
-1 fruit smoothie (150)
-a block of mozzarella (200)
-1 grapefruit (100)
-5 strawberries (50)

that puts me at 1400, and I think I'm done eeeaatin.

Trying to eat only 1500 calories a day

...not really working...

Tuesday, Renee ate:

-bowl of special k with soy milk (300 calories)
-a little less than half of my ben & jerry's (400 calories)
-double espresso (140)
-small soft serve cone from braums (? 250 calories ?)
-approx. 3/4 of a burrito from chipotle (600 calories?)

so that was about 1690 calories.. if I guessed correctly.

Wednesday, Renee ate:

-bowl of special k with soy milk (300 calories)
-maybe 30 wheat thins with cheese and hummus (260 calories for wheat thins, 300 for cheese and hummus?)
-bowl of cous cous with veggies (300 calories)
-cup of chai tea (20)
-espresso with creamer and marshmallows (100)
-animal crackers (100)
-bite of bryan's pbj (30)

Total: 1410
Though I feel pretty full.. so I feel like I musta eaten more.. but I can't think of anything else..
